Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice (48 hours preferred) is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% for massage services or $50 for hair services. An invoice will be issued and kindly requested to be settled promptly. Future bookings will be confirmed once payment has been received.

As a gesture of goodwill, each client is offered one complimentary “free pass” per calendar year for a late cancellation. This allows flexibility for the occasional genuine emergency on either side.

To help everyone stay organised, booking reminders will be sent 3 days prior to each appointment.
