CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice(48 hours preferred) is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% for massage services or $50 for hair services. A missed appointment without notice will be charged at 100%. An invoice will be issued and kindly requested to be settled promptly. Future bookings will be confirmed once payment is received.
